1 in 5 Georgia schools is suspected of tampering with answers on the state standardized tests.

More than half of the state's (GA) elementary and middle schools had enough suspicious erasure to cause concern.

69% of Atlanta's elementary and middle schools are likely to undergo formal investigation.

Wow! That is really bad if the schools are caught "cheating." When we give standardized tests, we have have to sign statements that say we will not look at the tests, help the students, or help in any way. I cannot imagine what will happen if teachers and schools are found to be doing these things. Wow...
